As an expert in breathwork, I work with athletes at every level - from youth players chasing their dream, to pro players including teams such as Gotham FC, Bayern Munich, Bournemouth FC and others.

When I sit down with elite academy coaches from clubs like Orlando City, New York Red Bulls, or Borussia Dortmund, they all confirm the same truth: talent only takes you so far. I wanted to learn breathwork because I’ve been interested in sports psychology for a long time and had already been introduced to some breathing techniques.   • When the diaphragm fatigues, blood is redirected from your legs, and your sprint speed collapses.
  • Late in the 85th minute, it’s not just oxygen or lactic acid slowing you down-it’s weak breathing muscles, low CO₂ tolerance, and your nervous system forcing your brain to hit the brakes.
